We took 4 hotels in this trip, 2 in Kyoto and 2 in Kobe. This twin room is the largest room in our trip this time. Just take few mins walk from JR station. The staffs are very helpful.

The location was extremely convenient for us. I came with friends/boyfriend, and it was a comfortable distance away from Sannomiya Station. Lots of stores and food options nearby. There is a conveyor belt sushi restaurant right next door. How convenient! Overall, very good hotel for the price. If I ever return to Sannomiya, I will be sure to book again.

Value for money. The hotel is nice, spacious rooms, very friendly and assisting staffs, clean, easy walkable access to malls and train stations. The staffs was very helpful. My sister left her phone at the lobby couch only to realize it after we checked into another place in Osaka. She called the reception and her phone is still there after more than 2 hours! Good honest people these Japanese. The receptionist kept her phone until we got there to get it back. Thank you thank you thank you.

There is a ‘cafe library’ next to the reception and very comfortable seating with free coffee and many selection of good tea. The hotel is very close to Jr Sannomiya station on foot, maybe 5 min. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores but the reception is not ground floor, so bit difficult to find maybe…. Room is spacious than the hotels nearby, very good.

Room was nice and spacey. Although the staff did not speak English, they did have a translator device so we were able to communicate. Best thing of all, they have a free Cafe space which allows you to have free coffee and tea. Hotel was also very close to the subway station and convenience store. The subway station is connected to a lot of restaurants and department stores.

Clean, modern, friendly staff, and close to train/bus station (less than 5 min walk). Paid Laundry facilities (3 combo washer/dryer units were busy but we got our stuff in eventually.

Our twin room was very spacious with a small dining table and 2 chairs. The room was clean and very well appointed. It was very secure, requiring a card to use the lift. It was very quiet, which was wonderful. It was about 150m from Sannomiya station as well as to access to all the buses in the area. Shops were almost next door. The breakfast was lavish and we really enjoyed the comfort library to have a cuppa or enjoy the relaxed surrounds. Towels can be refreshed daily if you require them. We were able to leave our suitcases in the lobby using a lock you set yourself.

It’s located in the center of everything. The hotel even offers humidifier for dry winter, though the humidifier is not that powerful.

Very good location - very near the Sannomiya Station which is convenient when commuting to Kobe Harborland, Shin-Kobe Station and even Kobe Airport! They have free drinks (coffee and tea) and snacks (chips and candies) 24 hours! They also have free donuts from 3:00PM - 5:00PM! The rooms are cleaned every day. Spotless.
